By accessing or using or browsing this site you acknowledge that you have read and assent to the terms and condition of use.  If you do not agree to these terms then please do not use this site Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on to the site. You will be asked to read and accept the Terms and Conditions each time you place an order to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.

 

Our Contract

 You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you submit your order. After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We

will send the same details to you in an email acknowledging receipt of your order (Order Acknowledgement). We will then send a further email to confirm your order once it is ready to dispatch (Order Confirmation).

Acceptance of your order and the creation of a contract between us will only occur when we send you an email notifying you of your item(s) dispatch. This will contain details of how your products will be delivered to you. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will email you to tell you so.

When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, this helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.

 

IMPORTANT: We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error (e.g. the price or description of a product you have ordered) we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send you the product(s) (even if you have received your Order Confirmation email). If we do cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid.

 

Prices and Payment

All prices and charges on this site are in UK £ sterling and are exclusive of VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated, but exclude delivery charges.

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, the applicable delivery charge (if any), plus any additional services you choose e.g. installation. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you

submit your order.

Subject to the paragraph headed "IMPORTANT" above, prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before, but not after, we confirm your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards and payment can be made via paypal. Payment is deducted when we process your order.

 

Restrictions - Age Requirements and Limits on Orders

 If you order a product with a minimum age requirement, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age. Your

age may be checked with our Identity Verification partner.

 

Where We Deliver

(Products purchased other than contracts for services)

 We aim to deliver your products in the shortest time possible.

For smaller items delivery is to addresses in the United Kingdom only. This excludes the Channel Islands, we also

exclude BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.

 

Larger Items

We can deliver all large items to Mainland UK and the following islands:

Isle of Skye,Isle of Sheppey, Angelsey, Isle of Wight

We are unable to deliver large items to any other islands (e.g. the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), we also exclude

BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.

 

Delivery Charges

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered and whether you choose standard delivery or a premium service, and whether or not you

have all of your products delivered at the same time.

You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order.

 

How We Deliver

All products are generally delivered either by courier or by post. If your product is one which is delivered by courier, you may be given the option of choosing a premium delivery service for a small extra charge during the order process.

We will notify you which delivery method we will use when we send you the Order Confirmation email. Very occasionally different products with the same delivery method may be delivered separately.

 

Tracking Your Order

 If your order is being delivered by courier you can track your parcel by clicking on the link in your Order Confirmation email. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call. If your item is being delivered by Royal Mail you will be unable to track the delivery but should expect your order in the

post within the next few days after your order is placed.

 

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all of your products, please check that they have been despatched by using our tracking facility detailed in our confirmation email. If your

order is not on its way to you, either log in to My Account and use the Contact Us facility or telephone 01283 224 454. In the

unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please follow the instructions in the delivery documents.

 

Returns and Cancellations Policy

 Should you wish to return goods we will  do so on conditions. You will need to contact us to confirm what items are to be returned and the reason for the return. Goods are to be returned  in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase. Opened items  will only be accepted if the item/s are faulty. We will refuse returns sent to us in an unacceptable condition.  You will be responsible for the original and return delivery costs, We will exchange or refund your purchase up to 28 days following the day of delivery to us

 

 Distance Selling Regulations

If you open the goods to inspect them, you can cancel your purchase up to 7 working days* following the day of delivery.

You can cancel your purchase by:

1. Using the Contact Us email facility and stating your instructions to us and your order reference number

2. phoning us on 01283 224 454 with your order reference number and delivery details to hand, * "working days" means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.  If cancelling your purchase under the Distance Selling Regulations, your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used or installed and data must not have been inputted. It should be returned with the original box and packaging If you follow the above, we will issue you with a full refund for the cost of the product
